Sai Kiran hailing from Andhra Pradesh is heading the team as director and is also producer. For all class of audience there are very good elements in the film he hopes. In Madikeri and Bengaluru 70 percent of shoot is over.


‘Avadhi’ starts an Ayurvedic doctor in the lead role. That is Ranjith. Ranjit studied Ayurveda medicine in Mysuru and today he is practicing medicine. According to him six months of ground work was done for the film ‘Avadhi’. Already 22 days shoot was held for Kannada version. The Telugu version is titled as ‘Kathanam’ has completed fifty percent of shoot. Ranjit has sacrificed food and struggled hard for four different stages to this film. He plays a blind for some time, he is a school student in a few scenes. Ranjit is a school time friend of director Sai Kiran.


Archana of Mandya Star, Mast Mohabbat, Swarga to Naraka is playing female lead. She is in fact a protector of hero in the film. This type of script has not come in any of the language films says Archana.

Manjunath is playing tormentor. He has 25 plus and 45 plus twin role to perform for the first time in a film. Srinivasa Prabhu, Ramesh Bhat are also in supporting cast.


Sabhu Verghese is music composer, Kumar is assistant director, Suresh assistant of Sri Venkat is handling camera independently for his first Kannada cinema.
